Andrae Baily has led and partnered with some of the most successful independent sector organizations in the United States, working in the field of social change for more than two decades. Andrae’s goal has always been to help leaders find collaborative and strategic approaches to creating change that truly impacts their communities. And to that end, he strives to work with the top public, business, and faith leaders within a community to bring about measurable results and real solutions to critical social problems.
Andrae is former President and Chief Executive Officer of the Central Florida Commissions on Homelessness, a Florida-based nonprofit corporation that led the way in reducing Orlando chronically homeless population by more than 50 percent during Andrae’s 3-year tenure. In 2015, in response to this success, Governor Rick Scott appointed Andrae to the Florida Council on Homelessness.
Andrae graduated from Heritage University and Seminary, where he received a master’s degree in Pastoral Theology. He also has completed the Crummer Business School’s mini-MBA program, and he is an instructor at the Edyth Bush institute of philanthropy. Andrae is recognized by Certified Fund Raising Executive International as a Certified Fundraising Executive (CFRE).
Andrae was named one of the “Top 40 Under 40” Business Executives in Central Florida by Orlando Business Journal in both 2013 and 2015, was listed in Orlando Magazine as one of Central prestigious “Central Floridian Of The Year” award in 2016.
